The typical time between Order Placement and Delivery is 1 - 3 business days.

For orders exceeding S$70, you'll automatically qualify for free courier delivery. A flat delivery rate of $5 will be added for orders under S$70. If you have a preference for delivery timing, please indicate at checkout - Morning/Afternoon (9am-5pm) or Evening (5pm-8pm).

If you'd like to return your purchase, you'll have 14 days from the receipt of cancellable goods to submit a request with us.

Please note that our policy applies to non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition, and excludes personalized and special-order items. Perishables and personal items with a hygiene seal are non-refundable due to health and hygiene conditions, unless faulty.
