Returns & Exchanges

Our product selection process ensures that you pick from the best items in the market, and we take great pride in our offering. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, please refer to the information provided here.

All returns may be made via mail. Merchandise in an un-used and in-damaged condition, and in it's original packaging, may be returned with your customer receipt up to 7 days from the purchase date for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Store credits may be used in our online store at Each item can only be returned or exchanged once per order.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused furniture and gear merchandise returned in an opened or missing box.

Return Policy Exceptions

All purchases made of personalized, special-order, and sale items are final. All breastfeeding and potty product sales are also final, due to health and hygiene concerns. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please note that Toddle reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements. 

For mail-in returns:

1. Repack the item in its original package and include your pre-printed customer receipt.
2. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Toddle cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our destination.
3. Contact us for the relevant mail-in address which is closest to your location.

If you no longer have your customer receipt, please contact us through our online contact form. All messages, whether by phone or email, will be returned within 2 business days. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
